We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and BOSVG peer-to-peer transfers. At checkout, simply choose the option that works best for you and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
2. How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
With COD, you’ll pay for your order in cash when you receive it. Just select Cash on Delivery at checkout, and have the exact amount ready at pickup or delivery.
3. How do I pay using BOSVG peer-to-peer transfer?
Choose BOSVG transfer at checkout. You’ll see the transfer details on the confirmation screen and in your email. Complete the transfer within the stated time so we can prepare your order.
4. When can I pick up my order?
Pickups are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Kingstown. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is ready, so you can plan your visit within that window.
5. Where do I pick up my order?
Our pickup address is shown during checkout and in your order confirmation. Please review those details carefully before you arrive to ensure a smooth experience.
6. Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery every Saturday in Kingstown. Select the delivery option at checkout, and we’ll confirm your delivery window by message or email.
7. How will I know my order is ready?
We’ll notify you by email or message when your order is ready for pickup or scheduled for Saturday delivery, along with any final details you need.
8. Can I change my pickup or delivery details after ordering?
If you need to update your pickup or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible using the information provided in your order confirmation. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
